The sign-on fee. Paying monthly adds a one-time $99 sign-on fee to your first payment. It is waived if you pay yearly. Yearly prices are 12 times the monthly price, paid up front, for 13 months of service.
Minutes. Every program is billed per minute, always monthly (in 6-second steps), whichever way you pay for the plan.
Tools. Email, SMS and calendar tools are $5 per client per month (included on All-Inclusive and Agency). Custom tools are $20 per client per month on every program.
Templates. 27 industry templates are published (see Templates). Pro, All-Inclusive and Agency include every template we publish; DIY and Launch pay $10 per use, once per client.
