The sign-on fee. Paying monthly adds a one-time $99 sign-on fee to your first payment. You are looking at yearly prices, so there is no sign-on fee. Yearly prices are 12 times the monthly price, paid up front, for 13 months of service.
Minutes. Every program is billed per minute, always monthly (in 6-second steps), whichever way you pay for the plan.
Tools. Email, SMS and calendar tools are $5 per client per month (included on All-Inclusive and Agency). Custom tools are $20 per client per month on every program.
Templates. 27 industry templates are published (see Templates). Pro, All-Inclusive and Agency include every template we publish; DIY and Launch pay $10 per use, once per client.
